Acquisition Surveys

When purchasing a new GP surgery, entering into a new lease or buying into a partnership, it is essential that a full survey of the property is undertaken to give an indication of the condition of the property and costs of any required works, therefore reducing any financial risk.

How can we help you?

A Structural Survey is the bare minimum that should be undertaken which looks at the structural elements of the building such as the walls, floors and roof.

It is recommended however, that a full Building Survey is undertaken which encompasses all aspects covered in the Structural Survey but offers the additional reassurance of an assessment of the building fabric. A Building Survey provides a more realistic indication of the condition of the property and the cost implications of any defects.

GP Surveyors own Building Consultancy team is able to undertake full Structural and Building Surveys, allowing you to put your mind at ease when investing in a new property. The Survey can be used as a negotiation tool to ensure that you only pay a fair price should remediation work be required.
