When putting a budget together or entering a new lease, there may be the need for you to assess the current condition of your GP surgery premises.

We are able to undertake a Condition Survey which provides a snapshot of the current condition of your GP practice premises. This is particularly helpful when preparing budgets as the survey will highlight any defects which require immediate attention.
If you are entering into a new lease, we recommend a Schedule of Condition is undertaken. This is a detailed record of the condition of the property which is used when entering into a lease in order to limit liability upon expiration of the lease.
