Ensuring you have a well written Business Plan is critical and can mean the difference between the proposal for your new Extension or Development scheme being granted approval or not.
Business Plans are typically lengthy documents and you may feel that you do not have the time or the expertise to compile all of the required information and write one of sufficient quality to ensure your new scheme can go ahead.

We have a specialist consultant with 20 years practice management experience who works alongside our in-house Building Consultancy team who know exactly what needs to be included in a successful Business Plan for medical practices. We have written a number of successful plans which have been tried and tested by GPs and PCTs, and have been commended in their content and attention to detail.
We will work with you to undertake an initial Feasibility Study for your new surgery development or extension to ensure the practicality of the scheme and then obtain information regarding practice and local health needs to write the Business Plan.
Once the Business Plan has been prepared on your behalf it can be put forward to the PCT for approval. The Business Plan can also be used when looking for funding from the PCT or Deanery, as well as loans from Banks.
