As an investor in Healthcare properties, you will be looking for ways to maximise the return on your investment and ensure that the premises are fully compliant with statutory regulations.

As well as working directly for practices, we can also assist those who invest in Healthcare properties. We can undertake reviews of the Rent Reimbursement and ensure that the correct amount is being received. We can undertake Surgery Valuations of the premises and also review opportunities for bringing in additional income. This would involve exploring whether there is any spare space or land at the property which could be used to bring complimentary services into the practice such as a Pharmacy. We can assist with extension, alteration or refurbishment work and also help let spare space.

There are also a number of other considerations you may wish to explore such as Capital Allowances to reduce your tax liability, Planned Maintenance Programmes so that you know the expected expenditure on the property and Dilapidations to enure that your tenant is not in breach of their lease obligations.
