Party Wall

If you are undertaking any work to your surgery premises on shared walls and structures, boundaries, or within certain proximity to existing buildings, notices may need to be served to comply with the Party Wall etc Act 1996.

How can we help you?

The Party Wall etc 1996 Act governs construction works to shared walls and structures, boundaries and works within certain proximity to existing buildings. If you are extending, refurbishing or altering your surgey premises, or are developing a new surgery, under the terms of the act, works to any of these items may require the serving of notices to adjoining properties in order to comply with the Act.

Indeed if any construction work is taking place on adjoining properties to your surgery premises, we can act on your behalf.
