- We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. We meet our institution’s regulations to ensure that our clients are protected in areas such as confidentiality, professional indemnity insurance and service.
- We have a strong Client Relationship team – every surgery has their own assigned Client Manager. This means there is just one point of contact with a friendly voice at the end of the phone who knows all of the details of the case.
- Regular updates are provided as standard through the duration of the case to ensure you are fully to up-to-date with developments
