The Derwent Practice in Malton, North Yorkshire is a large practice with 13 doctors. It has a patient list size of 20,000 and services patients within an 8 mile radius of the centre of Malton.

GP Surveyors were able to achieve a 34 per cent increase on the practice’s Notional Rent offer from the District Valuer taking it from £118,500 to £159,000, equating to a large £40,500 per annum increase.
