GP Surveyors are delighted to be delivering a GP Notional Rent workshop as part of Future Focus Finance’s, NHS Finance for General Practice conference Birmingham on Thursday 6th June.
The NHS Finance for General Practice conference is designed for general practice employees who are involved in finance and have a desire to learn more about how NHS finance works in England.
The conference will include a keynote talk on the future of Primary Care, including the new GP contract and Primary Care Networks followed by discussions. Delegates will then have the opportunity to select from a variety of practical and interactive workshops, on finance processes and Notional Rent. Throughout the day there will be a focus on interactive and discussion-led learning during all talks and workshops.

Attendees will gain in-depth knowledge of the entire Notional Rent review process, including invaluable insight, that can be put into action in their surgery.

The Notional Rent workshop in Birmingham will be delivered by Charlotte Wilkinson – Senior Surveyor – MRICS
A highly experienced Chartered Surveyor, with a wealth of primary care premises knowledge. Charlotte acts for numerous GP Practices across the UK, undertaking a diverse range of valuations and rent reviews. Emma has a vast array of experience negotiating with key industry stakeholders including District Valuers and NHS England.

In this final session, delegates can share with the room the challenges facing them and their organisations, based on what they’ve learnt from today.
