GP Surveyors series of GP property workshops continue to go from strength to strength in 2019. So far this year we’ve delivered a variety of sessions for a range of LMCs, including; Derbyshire, Birmingham, Lancashire & Cumbria and most recently Leicestershire.
Delivered by our very own Paul Conlan (Operations Director), Clare Kersey (Senior Surveyor) & Rebecca Adams (Business Development Manager) our workshops offer a blend of informative, interactive learning covering a wide range of primary care property topics.
Our GP property workshops were developed by our team of experts to deliver a comprehensive programme for GPs and Practice Managers. During the sessions, our Senior Surveyors and Business Development Manager guide attendees through a variety of pertinent GP property topics facing practices today.
- GP Succession planning
- Boosting GP surgery income
- A guide to Notional Rent
- & New models of care – Primary Care Networks, federations & mergers
- When a GP practice requires a lease
Our workshops have received some fantastic feedback from Practice Managers, LMCs and the Practice Managers Association, here are just a few comments from the Practice Managers themselves;
“Useful and relevant topics”
“Experts in the room – happy to advise on personal circumstances”
“Good exchange of views – good presentational talks”
“Good energy of the presenters”
“ Enjoyable afternoon & many good points were raised & answered ”
Wendy Loveridge, Birmingham LMC
Practice Support & Liaison Manager
We work closely with the Practice Managers Association and a number of LMCs and are regularly adding new dates to our events and workshop calendar. In fact, we’ve just added four Notional Rent workshop dates to our series, to be delivered as part of Future Focus Finance’s NHS Finance for GPs series.
If you think your surgery would benefit from a GP Surveyors Property Workshop please see our events page to find a workshop in your area.
Finally, we’d like to say a big thank you, too; the Practice Managers Association for organising the workshops in Leicestershire and Derbyshire and the Birmingham LMC and Lancashire and Cumbria LMC for inviting us to speak at their Practice Managers Conferences.
