An accomplished Business Development Manager. Specialising in GP practice Sale and Leasebacks, Rebecca works with Practice Manages, GP partners and industry stakeholders from across the UK.

Rebecca is highly experienced in liaising with an array of key industry stakeholders on behalf of surgeries including, healthcare solicitors, lawyers, pharmacy operators, investors, District Valuers and NHS England.

Emma Pratt (MRICS) – Senior Surveyor, GP Surveyors

One of GP Surveyors specialist primary care property team, Emma is a Senior Chartered Surveyor with a wealth of knowledge in the sector.

Emma acts for GP practices across the UK, undertaking a diverse range of rent reviews and valuations, and has a vast array of experience negotiating with key industry stakeholders including District Valuers and NHS England.
