Rebecca Adams – Business Development Manager, GP Surveyors

An experienced Business Development Manager. Specialising in GP practice Sale and Leasebacks, Rebecca works with Practice Manages, GP partners, and industry stakeholders from across the UK.

Rebecca is experienced in liaising with an array of key industry stakeholders on behalf of surgeries including, healthcare solicitors, lawyers, pharmacy operators, investors, District Valuers, and NHS England.

Clare Kersey – Senior Surveyor, GP Surveyors

A highly experienced Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, who attained MRICS status in 2002. Clare has over 18 years of surveying experience and a wealth of primary care premises knowledge, acting for GP practices across the UK on a diverse range of valuations and rent reviews. Clare has a vast array of experience negotiating with key industry stakeholders including District Valuers and NHS England.

Lisa Geary – Partner, Capsticks
Lisa is a Partner in the real estate team and is head of real estate for the Leeds office. She advises on a range of real estate matters for public and private healthcare bodies, GPs, regulatory bodies, emergency services, and charity clients.

Lisa specialises in property disposals and acquisitions, site developments, strategic estate rationalisation and overage arrangements, property portfolio management, landlord and tenant, and related planning and environmental matters. She has extensive experience of primary care matters including advising on sale and leasebacks, leases, and the property aspects of GP practice mergers.

Tracey Blundell – Associate, Capsticks
Tracey is an Associate in the real estate team and has broad experience in commercial real estate transactions for both private and public sector clients.

Tracey’s experience includes portfolio sales and purchases, development agreements, sale and leaseback arrangements, and commercial lettings from both landlord and tenant perspective. She has advised on the property aspects of joint ventures and refinancing arrangements. Tracey’s asset management experience spans development and investment including acting for local government pension funds and offshore real estate funds.
