Rebecca Reynard – Director of Agency and Sales, GP Surveyors

As Director of Agency and Sales, Rebecca has vast experience and an in-depth knowledge of the primary care property sector. Rebecca has managed practice cases across the UK, including Rent Reviews, Market Valuations, Leases, Pharmacies and Sales and Leasebacks. She is highly experienced in liaising with an array of key industry stakeholders on behalf of surgeries including, healthcare solicitors, investors, NHS England, ICBs and pharmacy operators.

Deema Sodha – Legal Director, Capsticks

Deema is a Legal Director in the Real Estate Department and specialises in advising public and private healthcare bodies, GPs, regulatory bodies, emergency services and charity clients on all aspects of commercial property matters. Deema has extensive experience in advising clients on landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, property portfolio management and reviews and estate regularisation. She regularly advises on primary care matters, including sale and leasebacks, leases and the property aspects of GP practice mergers.

Adam Siwak – Principal Associate, Capsticks

Adam is a Principal Associate in the Primary Care team and specialises in assisting GP clients looking to form corporate vehicles to work collaboratively, for example provider companies or GP federations or looking to work together on a contractual basis for example as PCNs or as super partnerships. In addition, Adam advises those looking to acquire, dispose of or merge healthcare businesses
