Clare Kersey (MRICS) – Associate Director, GP Surveyors

Clare Kersey has a wealth of experience and knowledge across the primary care property sector and over 20 years’ experience as a chartered survey. Clare is an RICS registered valuer and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). She acts on behalf of GP practices across the UK, undertaking a diverse range of valuations, rent reviews and lease negotiations. Working with an array of key industry stakeholders on behalf of surgeries including, healthcare solicitors, pharmacy operators and investors. Clare is highly experienced in negotiating with key industry stakeholders including District Valuers and NHS England.

Laura Dews – Client Manager, GP Surveyors

One of GP Surveyors specialist primary care property team, Laura is one of our highly experienced Client Management team and has a wealth of sector knowledge. Laura  assists GP practices across the UK with our specialist range of services, including Notional Rent reviews, market valuations, lease creation, pharmacy rent reviews and much more.
