What we’re looking for
Due to the growth of the business, we have a vacancy for an experienced Sales Executive / Client Manager to join our friendly team, on a full time or part-time permanent basis working from home. We’re after a self-starter, who can organise and prioritise their own workload and has a proven track record of building and converting a sales pipeline and managing clients. You’ll be given ongoing product and IT training (from the wise and experienced ones) and the team will always be on hand to help you out.
Experience
- At least 2 years outbound tele sales experience.
- At least 2 years of client management experience.
- Working with a CRM to manage a sales pipeline and client updates.
- Healthcare, property, surveying sector experience desirable but not essential.

- Confidence in speaking with Directors of the businesses

Role and Responsibilities – Sales Executive / Client Manager
Maintaining and building a portfolio of primary care clients. Consulting externally with GP Partners, Practice Managers, NHS bodies and sector stakeholders. Collaborating internally with surveyors, sales, and marketing teams.
- Build a sales pipeline and convert to clients
- Manage portfolio of client cases to completion
- Maintain and cross sell to existing clients and generate repeat sales opportunities
- Outbound cold calling
- Secure sales contracts and book appointments for the team
- Manage own workload (sales pipeline and client case updates)
- Respond to client and prospects emails
- Manage the CRM database to a high degree of accuracy
- Work with marketing to achieve sales objectives
