One of our Senior Surveyors will deliver your initial training, and the whole team will help you progress to take your APC (if you do not already hold the qualification).
Day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will involve visiting GP surgeries to carry out property inspections, including measuring buildings and drawing floorplans. You will undertake rent reviews, including negotiations and produce lease heads of terms and market valuations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Property inspection including measuring buildings and drawing floor plans
- Undertaking rent reviews (Incl. negotiations), valuations and lease consultations
- Liaising with clients and third parties e.g. other surveyors, valuers, solicitors
